LPDDR3 parameter selection for i.MX6ULL

Hi all

I have a question about I.MX6ULL DDR3 Script Aid which is download from below.

My customer choose MT41K256M16TW-107 IT:P due to the device availability.

Q1.

I know that i.MX6ULL only support 800MB/s.

When the speed grade of DDR3L connected to IMX 6ULL is DDR 3-1866, can we select DDR3-1866 in "Memory Type” field of the Register configuration sheet ?

Q2.

In above case, can we follow the parameter of speed grade for 107 ?

Hi Ko-hey

1. customer can sellect 1600 grade for 1866 grade design (seems

DDR3-1600 option is max. in DDR3 Script Aid)

2. should be followed 1600 parameters and Table 1 footnote1 states:

107- Backward compatible to 1600.
