gpio 1v8 pull up question

hi ,

I have a imx6slevk, I set the SD3 clk as follow, the LVE bit is set ,but the voltage is 3.15v,Is anything wrong of my setup.

MX6SL_PAD_SD3_CLK__SD3_CLK 0x410059

and some gpio I had set the LVE bit,and enable internal pullup ,but It's voltage is 3.3v isn't 1.8v.

I saw the i.Mx pins tool has a option of power group,but the option is gray and can't set. can the section change to 1.8v.
