How to flash Windows Embedded on i.MX6

I have board SBC-A62-j on i.MX6 quad from SECO. I also found an image for the firmware (NK.nb0 and eboot.nb0). But I can not find manual how to install this image on my board. Maybe someone can tell where to look? It is impossible to find out anything from SECO support. They keep silent as spies.

seems these are proprietary tools and not distributed by its vendor, however

to obtain understanding for WinCE flashing process one can look at

MFG Tools profiles included in mfgtools-rel_1.6.2.055, Mfgtools-Rel-1.6.2.048

which can be found on community or i.MX53 software link:
