Removing Psplash from image(IMX6Q)

Hello Guys;

I want to remove the yocto project loading screen from the image . I couldnt find any way to this . Would it be possible to remove from perminently from the U-boot console or directly from the image ?

Hi @nandish gurulingappa

At this directory source/poky/meta-yocto/recipes-core/psplash you can change the plasplash_git.bbappend file or you can delete it . But when I do that I faced with this image , it so funny :smileygrin:

I thing there are more about psplash image in /source directory. You need to check them and delete after that it could be done I guess.

Thanks for your reply, we no need to delete any file, we need to do just change file i.e *-img.h , with conversion thats it,
