Can I use ptp4l instead of gptp as both are ptp daemons ?</P><P>I ran the ptp4l command as :</P><P>ptp4l -P -A -4 -H -m -i eth0</P><P>and I was getting Pdelay responses as well as BMCA was working fine. I just want to know how this ptp4l daemon is different from gptp and If I can go with that or not .
