I'm tring to build image based on imx-4.1.15-1.0.0, when I excute $ bitbake fsl-image-gui, below error occurs:

Fetcher failure for URL: 'http://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/report.cgi'. URL http://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/report.cgi doesn't work. Please ensure your network is configured correctly.

network works fine, 'http://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/report.cgi can be accessed by browser.

git works fine also.

What's the problem ?
