Question, i.MX6SX USB design.

Dear team,

I would like to ask about HW/SW design around USB of i.MX6SX board.

My customer plans to use i.MX6SX for their board.

Because their board will be used for Automotive, they think that something like protection circuitry is needed for USB(OTG and HOST) design.

Is it possible to provide something like reference design around USB HW circuitry in the case of using i.MX6SX for Automotive?

(2)

And they will use USB connector which the impedance value is not guaranteed.

In case of that, could you show me what is needed to communicate stably in the viewpoint of design? (eg. Is it needed to communicate with USB1.1 only?)
