WiFi chipset supporting AP mode

Hello all

I am in search of a Wifi chipset which can be interfaced with iMX6 QuadPlus Sabre board easily (I am running linux 3.14) and which supports dual band frequency and AP mode and has a good performance. I have found BCM4330 chipset. Is there any other better option. Also is there any USB adapter with BCM4330 to connect with the board and test it out before buying the chipset. Any information regarding this will be helpful.

L3.14.xx early versions supported Atheros AR6003 please refer to attached

Linux Manual Chapter 48 AR6003 WiFi.
