      <title>h264 encode video doesn't have a progress bar</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi，&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem that when I record the camera via H.264(Using OV5640), the H.264 video doesn't have the progress bar, so I can't fast or slow speed the video.
