Automatically exit the eIQ Portal after startup

每次我启动 eIQ Portal 时，它只运行了不到三分钟就自动退出了。我的硬盘有 300GB 的剩余空间。计算机操作系统为 Windows 11。我已经联系了戴尔客户服务，经过一些尝试，自动退出的问题仍然无法解决。

在我联系 Dell 客服之前，启动 eiq portal 会出现两个错误框，联系客服后，错误框的问题似乎已经不存在了，自动退出的问题仍然存在，如下图：
