eIQ Portal Load VOC dataset

I follow the eIQ Toolkit Guide Document in Section "3.3.1.2 Creating and importing custom VOC dataset" build the Annotations & JPEGImages folders. And I compress them into a dataset_tar_train.tar & dataset_tar_test.tar files. In the eIQ Portal, I use the create project > Import dataset > VOC dataset option to load the train & test dataset but there is nothing happened and my data did not load into the project.

Could anyone can help me fix this problem ?

My env: Ubuntu 20.04, eIQ Toolkit 1.8.0

The VOC Dataset I downloaded from VOC 2008 & VOC 2007 have already filtered into eIQ format as below:
