eIQ export clustering model(RTM) doesn't applied clustering

Hello,

I trained model with clustering using eIQ_Toolkit_v1.4.5 on ubuntu20.04.

I exported the model to rtm, tflite, h5 model.

TFLite and h5 models are clustered.

But RTM model only applied clustering to dense layer.

I selected 'Enable Clustering' and doesn't select 'select layers for clustering'

This option is that clustering is applied to all the layers in the model.

Is it right?
