eIQ Portal Server encountered error

Hello, Im Ota.

From the Trainer screen on the eIQ Portal, I clicked START TRAINING.
However, I am having problems with Server encountered error.
I am having trouble. Does anyone know a solution?

Hi,

Can you describe the steps and configuration you used so we can recreate this error? Does it occur every time or just occasionally or with just certain configurations for you?

Hi,

Unfortunately, I also meet a similar error. My eIQ Portal version is 2.1.30. What I do is importing around 200 pictures, annotating each picture, selecting detection mode(Balanced, NPU), and leaving the rest default. Click on START TRAINING, then nothing happens within 2 hours. I click on STOP and save the current state of model. When clicking on SELECT MODEL at the bottom, I get the network error. To me, it seems eIQ fails to upload annotated pictures for training due to the network error. I tried for several times but with no luck.

Hi @anthony_huereca , now it can successfully start to train. I don't know why but just do the same again hours later. However, another error pops up and I have no clue how to deal with it.
