CodeWarrior USB TAP driver issue

Hi, we are using DSP56F803 chips and I need to flash it with S-Record files.

We have: Windows XP with CodeWarrior for 56800E Digital Signal Controllers V8.3 installed, and 56800E Flash Programmer installed, and we have USB TAP debuggers.

I checked the driver is intalled properly (CCS->drivers->USB). The device manager is showing this device properly installed (LibUSB-Win32 Devices -> CodeWarrior USB TAP).

However, the USB TAP TX/RX is flashing red, and everytime I want to flash the S-Record file it prompts "CCSProtocolPlugin : CCS: USB open failure".

I am not sure why, everything seems in order, the driver is showing normal.
