The test environment is Win7 + IE11.

Open 'MCAT_PMSM_FOC_56F82xxx.pmp', first of all, the serial port is connected. If switch to 'Motor Identif' tab, an error is shown as below.

I try to install IE9 and IE10, it seems no effect. do you know how to solve the issue? thanks!

This sounds like you need to configure the com port on the settings for pcmaster. Using a real com port?

I have configured the comm port on the FreeMASTER, and the com connection was OK. I used virtual com port by Open SDA.

Whether the issue associated with .Net Framework version?

I would seek support from Microsoft and the vendor of your "serial port".
