Whether PROGDSC TOOL supports bin file

i can use .S file ,but if i use .bin , progdsc tool output message

Error :File not found -or- Unknow file type)

Error: Uable to load object file :.......bin

Or if there are other methods or tools that can be programmed with bin files

Hi,

As you know that the prodsc.exe tools is third party tools www.pemicro.com

I suppose that the tools only supports S-Record file, it does not support *.bin file. The S-Record file provides address information, the DSC dose not use united address, it has X: field address and P: field address.

But the *.bin does not have address inf, it can not identify the X: space and P: space.
