Cyclone Fx Programming error

Hi team,

we are using cyclone FX. In MC56F82746. There is some programming error. we cant program the controller for second time. After flashing the controller using IDE we can program it again. we are facing same problem in MK22DX256M5 controller too. Please give us solution. I have attached the image creation png
