56F8367EVM Program Error using ONCE

trying to program the EV board (P/N: 56F8367EVM ), however, always have problem, anyone can help?

Hardware: MC56F8367EVM

Programmer: CodeWarrior USB TAP , ONCE

Computer: Win 10.

CodeWarrior, 8.2.3 and 11 (Latest Download)

Error: Executing task MC56F8367

Error: Couldn't write applet to target. Can not read target memory at location: 0x 0000000000000FC00. please make sure that the chip select are properly configured.

We checked all jumper settings. JG3, is shorted instead of open. Do we need to change other jumpers? Or what should we do?

Hi,

There is issue if you use CodeWarrior for DSP56800E ver8.x on Win10, I suggest you use CodeWarrior for MCU ver11.x, which supports MC56F8367 and Win10 OS.

we had a lot of problems using ONCE on the 56F8367 chip. PEmicro multilink universal works perfect.
