PT3816EVM DIP settings

Hi,

We are using the PTN3816EVM and giving input of 5k 60Hz signal with 5 meter DP cable at the Host and 5 meter DP cable at the Monitor end. We see that Using EVM brd and 5 meter cables Display doesn't come up. But we used one Cablematters Redriver(https://www.amazon.in/Cable-Matters-DisplayPort-Amplifier-Resolution/dp/B07D949F59) Link above works with 5 meter at the input and 5 meter at the output works. So Is there any setting we need to change at the DIP ? Can you please help us with it ?

Suggest don't use the DP cable longer than 3meters.

Yes it comes up with the cable less than 3m.
But My question is Does PT3816EVM doesn't support more than 3m ?
