somewhere on freescale website how long will

be produced DSP56F807 microcontroller?

In general information you will find following information:

When you click on life cycle you will see the description valid for the stages.

When you click at Application you will see the description valid for the 10 year application.

When a product is not in the Product Longevity program Freescale cannot estimate the future availability of the part, which is primarily based on market demand. Freescale has no known plans to end of life the part. When a decision is made to end of life a part, Freescale provides a period of time (generally one year) during which customers can place lifetime buy orders.
