Error "CCS: Core not responding" via USB TAP (MC56F8135)

Hi.

I created a Bareboard Project for MC56F8135, connection: Freescale USB TAP, language: C++. If I tried debug a template program I got:
"Failed to resume target process.
CCSProtocolPlugin : CCS: Core not responding" (diagnostic Info is attached)

I tried to flash compiled elf file with "Freescale DSC Flasher". It gave me an error:
"Performing PROGRAM operation on MC56F8135 through the UTAP . . .
expected integer but got "{}""
But if Erasure Mode "Mass Erase", Operation "Erase" is chosen I get
"Performing ERASE operation on MC56F8135 through the UTAP . . .
Mass Erasing Target Device . . .
Mass Erase Complete"

Can you help with this problem? I cannot find a solution. Maybe I should check some project settings or check CSS server, or something else?

I use:

OS: win7 x64 (and I tried win10 x64).

CodeWarrior 11.1

Freescale DSC Flasher 1.2

Connection Server (CSS) v 4.13

LibUSB v0.1.12.1

As you know that the MC56F8135 is end of life, previously, it was not a mainstream product, it is a abridged version of MC56F83xx, that is why the CW tools does not have the initialization file.

Can you use the latest DSC family for example MC56F83xxx, it's tools is CW for mcu ver11.1, this is the link of MC56F83xxx.
