    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;SC18IM700&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the SC18IM700 and after powering up I am not getting the "OK".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I am getting the a long chain (maybe up to 10x) "O" and then a long chain of "T" instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The documentation does not state what this behaviour means.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked this output on both the PC serial terminal and on a decoding oscilloscope.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Signals are clean and not cross coupling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
