I am french, don't english so i apologise for my english langage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have one question, i want know&amp;nbsp; how i can find the model spice of this component:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; background-color: #fdfcfa; font-size: 14.6667px;"&gt;PMZ130UNE. It is a tansistor NMOS.
