Hi all,

I am a new member of NXP. I am french, don't english so i apologise for my english langage.

I have one question, i want know how i can find the model spice of this component: PMZ130UNE. It is a tansistor NMOS. I want simulate it in LTspice.

Ok thanks XiangJun Rong. So, do you know a nother NMOS model SPICE ? I have to find a NMOS transistor wich is commercially avaible with its SPICE model.

Hi, Sidya,

I suppose that the SPICE model focuses on high frequency device, the MOSFET is low frequency/high power device, so I have not see any SPICE model for MOSFET.
