Hi, Manfred,

First of all, this is DSC forum, if you have further questions about Flexray, pls post to MPC5xxx forum.

MPC5xxx

I have seeked our data base, I get the following information, hope it can help you.

BR

Xiangjun Rong

"

External FlexRay interfaces like MFR4310 have been
discontinued, so the only option is to choose a microcontroller which has
FlexRay module implemented on chip.

Notice that in case of SPC5742P family, there must be
“F” letter or “G” letter in the part number. This means that FlexRay module is
available on the chip. For example, this part number has FlexRay module:
SPC5744PFK1AMLQ9 but this one not: SPC5742PK1MLQ8.

Take a look at Ordering information on page 117 for
details:

http://www.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/MPC5744P.pdf
we provide FlexRay drivers as a part
of MCAL drivers (commercial software):

http://www.nxp.com/products/automotive-products/microcontrollers-and-processors/16-bit-s12-s12x-mcus/autosar-software-solutions:AUTOSAR_CS

Or it is possible to use FlexRay drivers from third
parties like http://vector.com/

There were only some unofficial examples for MPC56xx
family. I shared one of them here on community (with no guarantees and no
support):

https://community.freescale.com/thread/386110

"
