In SDM mode, the code size is limited to 64K words, and data size is limited to 64K words, the pointer of data structure in C language is 16 bits.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a document available which explains the differences between&amp;nbsp;memory models SDM and LDM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's for target 56F8xxxx.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When increasing the size of code in SDM &amp;gt;64KB then errors show up during build time of the project.
