USBDM is not running with MC56F

I´m trying to use USBDM with MC56F8006. Inside CW 8.3 it works, but the stand alone MC56F Programmer software is not working. Ex., trying to Mass Erase the dsc, always returns the message "Execution of TCL script returned an error".

Somebody can help ? It is USBDM-JMxx-CF-0001.

Hi, Paulo,

Unfortunately, the "56800E Flash Programmer" tools does not support USBDM interface, you have to use USBTAP device to download the code/data to flash.

Dear Xiangjun Rong;

CW 8.3 supports the USBDM, see photo, and is

running well.

The problem is with version _200 of USBDM, the older

version _140 runs.

Yes, the CodeWarrior for DSP56800E ver8.3 supports USBDM, but the "56F800E Flash programmer" tools does not support USBDM.
