Unable to open PE-based projects

I am working with CodeWarrior 10.2 on a Windows 7 Professional PC.

Suddenly today I cannot no more open all my projects based on a Processor Expert file project (like my BSP projects I developed).

When I try to open a PE-based project I get the following error:

"Could not initialize class com.processorexpert.configuration.PEConfiguration" (see the attached screenshots).

How can I fix this issue?

1. please try to remove .metadata folder in your current workspace then reopen CW to test it again. 2. if step 1 can not help, please uninstall CW10.2 then reinstall it again. please make sure you have admin right during install. 3.
