Hello all,

I installed CW10.0 and after years of use of CW products I'm really ugly disappointed. Except of the fact it is based o Eclipse, what I will not discuss here, I noticed missing support for HC08 MCUs.

What can I do to support old (5 years!) devices based around HC08 chips? HC08 is not legacy MCU family and its members are still marked as "Active", so I expect it to be supported.

Thanks all,

J.

I cannot comment on future product directions. However, what I would suggest is that you file a service request on the lack of HC08 support in MCU v10. That way your request gets logged and the engineering team is made aware of it. I cannot guarantee that the feature will be added, but getting it in front of the engineers is a good start. Click here to file a service request.

---Tom
