where can be download CodeWarrior CW12_V3.0? i have old project but need some head files in old IDE 3.0,thanks!

That version of CodeWarrior is no longer available for general use. The current version is 5.0. Having said that, I can get to the archives and packed all of the headers for that version into a ZIP file. It is attached here. HTH.

Those seem to be part of some stationary files for board-specific support. Here is the archive of all of the stationary files for the CW 3 distribution. I know mottypes.h is in there, and hopefully the other missing files are as well.
