hello all,

i am using axiom cms8gp32 board rev. e with mc68hc908gp32 processor installed . please tell me how to program the microcontroller . i am not able to configure how to do it ?Â Â please tell me step by step instructions or any web resource .Â pls help....its urgent really..

Ahhh,

In C or assembler?

Using what programme on your PC?

Do you have the disc that comes with the board?

Have you got Codewarrior Software?

yes,

i hav the cd(s) of code warrior and from axiom .

i m programming in c

this is what i hav done

i wrote the code and it ran successfully i changed the debgger mode to MON08 mode and flash was programmed . the output was displayed at the port but when i switched it off code was lost.

i wanted to know how to permanently store code in uc memory

hey ,

i just want to know how to permanently program the uC ,

that my code is not lost .

i hav been able to temperally program the uC using debug (via mon0 cable) as shown in an example, but contents get erased when i switch off the supply .

which obviously i dont want

could u please tell me the steps so that my program doesnot get lost even after i reset the uC.

any software or any web resource is welcome.

You don't nave to do anything special.

You only have RAM and FLASH.

Unless you are especially putting it in RAM only it will be being burnt into flash where it will remain forever (well almost) until it is erased.

So I am not sure what you are doing wrong without more info.
