Interrupt vector table data

Hello forum members,

I am using Codewarrior 4.6 build 6350 for MC9S12A128.

Where can I find the interrupt vector table data for HCS12?

Out of 64 vectors, where can I find which vector is assigned to which ISR?

Is there any rule for this assignment?

I am using ISR for SCI0 at vector 20, where can I assign ISR for SCI1? Whether it should be at vector 21?

Any document regarding this will be highly appreciated.
