    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I ran into the same issue. I assumed that PE does not support the X Gate, so there for they disabled it automaticly. And yes if you enable it after you start the project it will cause a ton of problems. Your best bet is to not use it, and if you need it make your self a "Junk" project for the regular DP512 and use PE on it and just copy over the code from one project to the other. ope this helps.       <title>XGate and Processor Expert</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;CW pro v4.6, Target 9S12XDP512&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am trying to get up to speed on XGate. Planning on making the switch from HCS12 so I started a new project in CW with XDP512 as the target. Why is processor expert suspended automatically? Adding it introduces lots of conflicts. Is processor expert going to be trouble to use with the XGate chip?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-shawn&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
