    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Hi Eddie,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I just tried in my CW4.5 and NE64 is on as standard, you don't need any package.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;You needed a service pack for CW3.1 for S12 because CW3.1 was created before the NE64.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;As CW4.5 for S12 was released quite recently, the NE64 is included. I created an NE64&amp;nbsp;project with the wizard just now.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The part is not dead, and if you look in &lt;A href="http://forums.freescale.com/freescale/board?board.id=16BITCOMM" target="_blank"&gt;the 16 board of the Forum&lt;/A&gt;, there is actually quite a lot of discussion about it !&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Cheers,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Alban.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
