I don't really understand what you want from such a brief question. I'll try to answer anyway. You can go get the CodeWarrior HCSX(12) page here and follow the Special Edition link to download an evaluation copy of CW 4.6. (I'm assuming you're wanting to use HCS12(X), based on the version number.) Don't forget to downoad the license file, which is typically good for 30 days. Study the charts on that page to understand what the limitations of the Special Edition are before downloading.

Did you order a CD and are you waiting for the CD or are you waiting for a license?

You should be able to download the software from the web.

Go to the CodeWarrior for HC12 product page

And download the special edition.

Software comes with a special edition allowing you to process up to 32K of C source code.
