    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm use&amp;nbsp;MM9Z1_638 with its&amp;nbsp;In-chip temperature sensor to get environment temperature;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But,due to the self-heating effect, the temperature read will slowly rise;In the first 100S,temperature is&amp;nbsp;rise quickly,close to 5℃;And,close to 300S,temperature again rise 1 ℃，close to 900S,again rise 1 ℃;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please tell me how to compensate the error caused by the self-heating effect&lt;/P&gt;</description>
