CW10.7 is old. I suggest you using CW11.1 instead:

Free version is special edition. this is default edition without any license needed.

Paid version is basic edition, standard edition,professional edition.

Basic: 64k C code size limit, no C++ support. Processor Expert with basic components

Standard: No C code size limit, no C++ support. Processor Expert with basic components

Professional: No C code size limit, no C++ code size limit. Processor Expert with basic, advanced and software components
