Hello,

Where can i download a special edition for CW for HCS12 with the correct Special Edition license files?

I have tried to download the CWX-H12SX-EX and the S12XR41_SE32KLICENSE but it seems not to be good.

I need a few more details on what you mean by the license being no good. The license.dat file at the S12XR41_SE32KLICENSE link is a limited one, in that you can compile and build projects with up to 32 files in them. The license should have been part of the software install. You may want to contact license@freescale.com to ensure that you downloaded the correct archive.
