What is the difference between MSL and EWL?

Hi,

It seems that MSL is used for the Classic IDE and EWL is used for the Eclipse IDE.

But, I can't find the difference.

So, my questions are..

1. What is the difference between MSL and EWL?

2. Can I use the MSL in the Eclipse IDE?

I'm using a MPC5674F, but I don't know the part number.
