Codewarrior won't open .mcp project file

When trying to open the .mcp project file that others created (and is working fine on her codewarrior) I get the following error:

we are using the exact same versions of codewarrior and I am able to open and work with other codewarrior projects.

Who have met the same problem ?

can you share that .mcp file? Other than that, open it in a text editor to see its content, maybe you have stored the project as XML file?
