I can not find "S29JL032J70TFI32" in Flash Driver of CW_ColdFire_7.2 , Could you help me to supprot it ?

The S29JL032J70TFI32 is not in the list of Flash_Programmer devices that supported:

..\Freescale\CodeWarrior for ColdFire V7.2\bin\Plugins\Support\Flash_Programmer\ColdFire

Please create it following 6.3 in AN3389:

I would recommend updating to latest CodeWarrior version v10.6.4, it supports some flash device from Spansion. It can be downloaded from:
