    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;There is no MC9S12XEA256 in the selection list when creating a new project CodeWarrior, however Processor Expert support this device.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;Since the 9S12XEA128/256 are a special bondouts for access to extra ADC channels in 80QFP, and the MC9S12XEA256 is similar to MC9S12XET256-80QFP.
