Current tutorials/books/reference materials.

I have a project that was dropped onto me. I have C experience but am just now learning C for MCUs. Have a K60 based engine controller built and ready to code. Was given the project with Codewarrior 10.6 partially configured, and I can do simple things like pull I/Os high to start an engine but nothing else. Nothing else other than a few I/Os and our LCD id configured to initialize though. I new to CodeWarrior and need links to required tutorials, or full books I can buy on CodeWarrior configuration specifically Processor Expert to start. I am only halfway understanding everything so far :-(

One more question. There is a Kinetis K60 Tower included with all the hardware. any documentation on that TWR-K60N512 model
