CW licenses re-host problem

Dear All,

I need to re-host my CW perpetual floating licences to a new server. I cannot do it myself because I cannot see my licenses in the relative page. See the following screen:

I the Order History page everything is correct and my orders are presents (see following screen)

How can I proceed?

Hi Matteo,

You need to select the registration number via the Order History.

Then you can display all license file associated to a registration.

Else there are some info on community:

Cannot Re-host a license - License Lists is empty (valid to generate a license file associated to a registration too).

Now if you're using a classic tool, you could have some problem after rehost.

In this case, to avoid problem we can re-encrypt the license.
