Website Links to License Manager Installers Broken

the "License Manager Installers" link on the bottom of this page goes nowhere in Chrome and does not work on Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11 either: https://www.nxp.com/support/developer-resources/software-development-tools/codewarrior-development-tools/licensing-and-registration:CW_LICENSE

tried the following browsers:

Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0

Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (32-bit)

Internet Explorer Version 11.1387.15063.0

In Chrome it opens a blank page (about:blank)

In Chrome and IE, it ends up with a message as shown in the attached screenshot (Clicked on the License Manager Installers link)

You can find the License manager in the following site as an option, Scroll down to the end of the page to get the files.
