10.6.4 Online Installer Cannot Install

I am trying to install Code Warrior 10.6.4 for development using the online installer and I need to install the Coldfire and Kinetis packages. It needs to connect online to fetch those packages. However, the connection to try to download those packages seems to never succeed. I am prompted to retry the direct connection OR to enter proxy settings, as shown in the attached screenshot.

I was wondering if you had proxy settings that would resolve the problem OR if there was a 10.6.4 offline installer that could be sent in leiu of a workaround for the online installer.

Thanks for the reply. While that would probably normally work my organization uses a floating license and we are unsure which account the software would show up under and suspect it might be under a former employee. Either way we don't have a way to perform the steps you have provided. How shall we proceed?
