How to share codewarrior setup and plugins?

At my company we have a computer with codewarrior 10.6 and 10.7 installed. I want to install these codeWarrior versions on other computers, but sharing the same configuration, same settings and plug-ins. Is there any way or tool to export and import these settings and plugins?
