Codewarrior Development Studio for HCS12(X) V4.7 Installation error

Hi. I'm going to use freescale at my company. I opened installation wizard, set Destination Folder and Setup type(Complete), and clicked install button. But no installation procedure has further been progressed.

Installation Wizard said "The wizard was interrupted before CodeWarrior Development Studio for HCS12(X) v4.7 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again"

Are there any solutions about this error???

My computer uses Window7 32bit. PLEASE HELP!

However, CW4.7 is not for win10 platform. we don't have full test on it. Our suggestion is to use CW5.x instead.
