I looked at the file AN4368, but I can't find the source code USB_MSD_Host_Bootloader on the official website, so I am confused and hope to get help.

Unfortunately this software was in a previous version from MQX (4.0) and this software was licensed, so this package is not available anymore.

Hi chenli,

Unfortunately this was the only code with a similar functionality available. In the webpage of this MCU is available the USB stack, you could try to implement something similar as the previous bootloader.
