We are not allows to use Windows 7 any more, so have to find a CodeWarrior for Windows10 to support our projects using MPC5200 .

MPC5200 is the product of 10+ years ago. the IDE is:

CodeWarrior® Development Tools for mobileGT® | NXP

Unfortunately, there is no IDE update can support CW for MPC52xx on win7/8/10.
