I have downloaded "AFT27S010N RF high-power Model ADS Product Model Design Kit" and "RF High Power Model Kit 2020", but I do not know how to import the Model.

I checked this ADS kit and found it functional.
Most probably, you did not attached "RF High Power Model Kit 2020" from Favorites.
The next reason is if the RF High Power Model Kit version installed doesn't match the ADS installation version (ADS2011, ADS2012, ADS2013, ADS2014, ADS2015, ADS2016, ADS2017, ADS2019 and ADS2020).

Please check that the RF High Power Model Kit is used in your workspace (see attached snapshot).
